True Meaning of Easter Sunday

As I woke up this morning somewhat early I had that privilege of watching the sun still come over the mountain behind our apartment. It was beautiful and breathtaking. Than I truly realized that was made possible through Our Savior Jesus Christ. I watched this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EpFhS0dAduc from the Church website of Elder Hollands talk in conference and it was so touching that I wanted to share it with everyone.

I know that through him and because of him we will live again after death. I know that families can be and will be together forever through all eternity and for that I am grateful. I know that Christ atoned for our sins, sorrows, and pain in the Garden of Gethsemane. I know that on the cross when Christ was is so much pain and agony he died for us, but I also know that he lives. He lives for us, he lives in us, and he lives around us. He will never leave us in hour of pain and agony. If we ask he will come. I know that he loves us and that he is God's Only Begotten Son and for this I am eternally grateful for this TRUE GOSPEL. We are not alone and never have to be. He is our brother and our Savior!

Fun at the Park

A few weeks ago when the weather was amazing and beautiful we decided to walk to the park. We had such an awesome and fun time with eachother. Syd did not want to leave and when we got home she would not get out of her stroller because she wanted to keeping going. When we put the stroller away she screamed and refused to go into the house. You could tell she was tired of being in the house for so long and all winter long. So I stayed outside with her for about an hour longer and she still screamed when it was time to get inside. Oh well, we had fun anyway. As you could tell by these pictures she LOVED the slides. She kept saying "up pease". It was so cute and such a fun memory. I just can't wait for it to get nice again! Where did spring go?

Finally some pictures!!

Hello everyone! I am so excited because we finally got the internet up and running on our nice, reliable, and fast computer so I will be posting a ton of pictures on here within the next few days to bear with me and ENJOY!

You can't really tell in this picture but I did I side ponytail with three ponytails connected to try and hold in all her hair then tied it off with a read ribbon. She looked so grown up it was crazy!
To view the captions on the pictures you just need to put the cursor on the slide picture and than it will show the captions. Sorry it's kind dumb that they don't automatically do that, but oh well I guess.

It's Spring and......

We found out what we are having!! Let's just say that we are so excited. It is a baby inside me and it defiantly looks like a baby and not like an alien anymore. Let's also just say that HE was NOT afraid to show it. The ultrasound pictures were pretty cute and funny. I wish this computer would let me download pictures and put them on the blog because I would totally show you, but until we get the new computer up and running with the internet I guess pictures will just have to wait. Sorry!!
It's also a beautiful day and I am so excited to go outside and enjoy this very nice weather YAH!! It's about time and I hope and pray that it stays this way. Well I better get going because Sydnee did not wake up happy from her nap so she is very clingy and whinney. Until next time!!

I know I know....

Ok I am so sorry for not posting lately. I check my blog probably daily just to listen to the music and see who has updated there blog, well knowing that no one has commented on my blog for a while. Which I understand why because I haven't posted for weeks. Well this morning I get on my blog and low and behold I have a comment on my last posting. I check it out and find that my wonderful friend Kerry from Twin has chastized me for not ever posting. Then I realized that it really has been about forever since I have done so, so I figured I should probably put something on and update you on how the Plott family is doing. Thank you Kerry for being such an awesome friend and keeping on track!! :o)

Well we are doing great. Brandon is doing well in his classes and working hard. He is so dedicated to preparing himself and us as a family for dental school and I love it. He is also staying busy with finding every opportunity to play basketball which I actually don't mind because he comes home happy and he's getting to exercise as well. So good for you honey!!

Sydnee is keeping us very very busy. She is all over the place. Her new found love is shoes and dressing herself. Yeah already. CRAP!! She finds whatever shoes she can (not caring if they match) and comes over to me lifts up her foot and says "please" so I put them on and she will walk around all over the house until she finds a different shoe that she decides she wants on instead. She's a crazy little girl. She has come quite creative in role playing as well. She finds whatever safe thing that we have around the house most of the time not her toys and she builds things. like she acts like she built her own table and she put everything on there (probably copying mommy and daddy because there is always things on our table) than she sits by it grabs her phone and talks like she is sitting at the kitchen table talking on the phone (gee I wonder where she learns that from). She really is a creative little girls and she can entertain herself pretty well which I really love right now. She just turned 18 months yesterday which seems crazy in itself, and she just barely hit 20lbs. She may be small, but holy cow does she have an attitude and a huge personality of her own. She really is a sweet little girl most of the time. She loves to wipe her own now when it's runny, she loves absolutley loves when daddy comes home from school. As soon as she hears the door opening she runs to the door with her arms up in the air and says "YAY!!" as loud as she can and give her daddy a huge hug and pats him on the shoulder. It is the highlight of Brandon's day and I love seeing it also. She loves other kids and loves to give them hugs. She loves to give her mommy and daddy hugs and kisses. She is a very sweet and cute little girl, but she can show attitude. But either way we get her we love it and are so happy and blessed to have her in our lives!!

I am doing pretty well actually. The pregnancy is going so much better. I have energy and I am not throwing up everyday and I finally gained a couple of pounds in two months so that is a plus. The heartbeat is strong which I am grateful to hear!! I can also feel the baby move everyonce in a while which is a blessing in itself. I'm staying busy with taking care of Sydnee. I love our ward and I really do love living here in Pocatello. We are having fun with friends and love living closer to Jami, Brian, Paige, and Austin. It has been so much fun and Syd loves playing with her cousins. And they are so patient and sweet with her it's fun to watch.

Well now that I have written the longest post ever I promise I will leave you now and I promise I will get pictures up soon. I have lots of pictures and videos to post so I will get them on ASAP!! Thanks for everything all of you!!

GUESS WHAT!!!???!!

To all of you who liked looking at my blog I am so so sorry that I have been a huge slacker, but I do have a great excuse. I have been very very sick lately to the point that I have had a few visits to the ER. My last visit was due to passing out and hitting my head on the wall and than the floor (I even had a black eye or a day or two). I have been feeling a little better for the past week or so because thanks to the modern day thing we call medicine. Well I have been sick now for the past 10 weeks maybe even longer. Ok so I'm not very creative lately and I have no energy, hence the words very very sick. But Sydnee is going to have a little sibling!! We are so very excited and happy to have our little family grow. We heard the heartbeat on tuesday. The doctor was very suprised that we actually heard it because according to him I was only 9 weeks along but now we are thinking we are farther along. The heartbeat was very strong so that was a great sound. I love the sound of your baby's heartbeat for the first time. I have lost 18lbs so far and my thighs finally don't touch. So apparently I need to have an eating disorder for me to be in my normal weight bracket. HAHA J/K. Anyway besides feeling like i'm dying sometimes life is going really good. We are safe and sound in Pocatello and Brandon starts school tomorrow. He's excited but pretty nervous to be starting a university, but I am so proud of him!! Syd is growing like crazy and she is a goofball. She loves giving kisses and hugs. She is such a sweet girl and I know she is going to be an awesome big sis!! Well I hope all is going well for everyone!!
