Some cute ones

I just thought I would post some pictures of my cute little guy. Dawson is growing like crazy. He eats like a true boy and pounds the food down. He is such a happy chill baby and loves to laugh and make funny faces. He loves to watch his big sister dance and be silly. He makes the funniest noises and love it when you sing to him. He truly is an amazing kid!!!

Two cute Kids

Before I begin I would just like to say that I promise I do get my kids dressed everyday and I do get my girls hair done also. Apparently these were days that were very slow going and lazy. I love how my kids get along so well together. Syd is so caring and loving to her little brother and Dawson absolutely adores his big sister. We are so lucky and blessed.

Cuddly Bug

The other day Dawson woke up from his nap and Brandon happened to be home so I gave Dawson to him. I went to go check on something and came back to Dawson cuddling with his Daddy. It was so sweet and precious. I am so grateful to have a husband that is so attentive and loves his kids so much! I sure love my boys!!

The matching duo

For Bekah's baby shower before Carter or Dawson was born I got them matching outfits minus the color and we finally got them together and took pictures. I'm glad I chose the blue one for Carter because of his blue eyes and Dawson's for his redish orangeish hair. Oh they are so CUTE!!

Failed to mention

P.s Brandon got a new calling. It is an eye opener and we are relying completely on faith. Brandon was called to be the 2nd Counselor in our Bishopric. We are excited and know that we will recieve blessings. Brandon is so amazing. He is patient, kind, and such a worthy priesthood holder. I am so grateful to be married to a man that loves his family and is a righteous example to me and the kids. Babe we love you and thank you for all that you do for me, the kids, and so many others!

6 Months old already?

Well Dawson has been 6 months now for almost a week now and I am just now getting to posting on the updates of how he is doing. He getting so big, but he is pretty average for his age which is a first for our family so far because Syd was always on smaller side of the scale and still is.
Dawson weighs 16 lbs 14 oz. which is exactly two pounds bigger from his 4 month appointment. He is 25 3/4 for length and his head circumference is 16 3/4 inches round. So he growing fast and steady.
He is such a happy and good kid. He loves rice cereal and so far carrots and bananas. He can be a little stinker though because he still could care less about standing for a long period of time and sitting on his own for a long period of time. He can sit while holding on to something, but the doctor just says he's a lazy easy going baby and nothing is wrong with him.
He loves to smile and play with his sister. He is actually really sick right now with a nasty cold and cough. I feel so sorry for the kid especially at night. He can't breath and his voice is so raspy and his cough is still so dry, but no fevers so that we are extremely thankful for. It is kind of funny sounding though we he babbles and talks his voice is so manly sounding.
On a side note Syd has been completely potty trained for sometime now, I just keep forgetting to post that, but she is doing awesome and we are so proud of her and are so grateful for not having to by diapers for her anymore, just pull ups for night time. That I can handle. Well the kids are tired and ready for their naps, so I better get goinh. Until next time!

Christmas 2009

Christmas this year was a lot of fun. What made this Christmas so enjoyable this year was first off I wasn't so stinkin sick from pregnancy. :o) No really it was a blast. The Sunday before Christmas Brandon's family came up for church and we exchanged presents. It was alot fun and we got spoiled from them Thanks!! The next day I went shopping with my mom and Brandon was still feeling pretty sick. To explain that, a week before Christmas I was sick with a 24 hour stomach flu bug. It pretty much stunk. Than later that week Brandon started to get really sick, but his lasted longer than mine and his was worse, than a couple days after he started to get sick Sydnee got really sick. Yeah that part was not fun, but we survived and we all felt better by Christmas day that was a blessing. Ok back on track. Tuesday we went to American Falls where my amazing sister Jami lives and we enjoyed an awesome day with my side of the family except my brother Kolby which we were way bummed about and missed him a ton. We had a fun day of doing crafts, eating a way yummy dinner, caroling, acting out the birth of Jesus which was hilarious with all the young kids, opening exchanged gifts, and singing happy birthday to my wonderful SIL Bekah!. Yeah busy day, but it was awesome!! Thanks everybody for an amazing christmas this year. On Christmas day we stayed home and opened gifts as a family and loved it. Syd was finally getting the idea of what Christmas was really about. Everday night before we went to bed we would read a story that would remind us of the true meaning of Christmas which is Christ. It was truly amazing and will forever be a tradition in this family. I love Christmas and I will admit I still feel like a child on Christmas Eve. Thanks everyone who made this year amazing and truly wonderful. All the many friends and family we love you!!

Merry Christmas
